Cheeseburger Pockets are a fun and tasty way to enjoy the classic flavors of a cheeseburger, wrapped in flaky dough.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 small onion, diced
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 package refrigerated crescent dough
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tablespoon ketchup
  • 1 tablespoon mustard

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cook the ground beef and onion in a skillet over medium heat until browned.
  3. Drain excess fat and stir in ketchup, mustard, salt, and pepper.
  4. Roll out the crescent dough and cut it into squares.
  5. Place a spoonful of the beef mixture and a sprinkle of cheese in the center of each square.
  6. Fold the dough over to create pockets and seal the edges.
  7. Place on a baking sheet and bake for 12-15 minutes until golden brown.

Notes

For extra flavor, add garlic powder or onion powder to the beef mixture. You can also mix in extra toppings like pickles or diced tomatoes.
