Rich and chocolatey fudge brownies that satisfy your sweet tooth. Easy to make, perfect for any occasion.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup unsalted butter
  • 2 cups granulated sugar
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon baking powder

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13 inch baking pan.
  2. Melt the butter in a medium saucepan over low heat.
  3. Stir in the sugar, eggs, and vanilla after removing from heat.
  4. Beat in the flour, cocoa, salt, and baking powder until just combined.
  5. Spread the batter into the prepared pan.
  6. Bake for 20 to 25 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out with a few moist crumbs.
  7. Let cool before cutting into squares.
  8. Serve warm with ice cream.

Notes

Store brownies in an airtight container at room temperature for 3 to 5 days. For longer storage, freeze for up to 2 to 3 months.
