A delicious and satisfying meal featuring tender beef and pasta in a rich garlic butter sauce.

Ingredients

  • 8 oz spaghetti or pasta of choice
  • 1 lb beef (sirloin or ground beef)
  • 4 tablespoons butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Grated Parmesan cheese (for serving)
  • Chopped parsley (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Cook the spaghetti according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  2. Melt the butter in a large skillet over medium heat.
  3. Add the minced garlic and red pepper flakes, cooking until fragrant (about 1 minute).
  4. Add the beef to the skillet and season with salt and pepper. Cook until browned and cooked through.
