Ingredients
- 2 ounces frozen strawberries
- 1 ounce light rum
- 1 ounce coconut rum
- 1 banana
- 2 ounces cream of coconut
- 2 ounces pineapple juice
- 1 cup ice
Instructions
- Add the frozen strawberries, light rum, and coconut rum to a blender and blend until well combined.
- Pour the strawberry mixture into a glass and set it aside.
- Rinse out the blender.
- Add the banana, cream of coconut, pineapple juice, and ice to the blender. Blend until well mixed.
- Slowly pour the banana mixture over the strawberry layer in the glass.
- Garnish with a piece of pineapple and a cocktail umbrella. Enjoy!
Notes
Serve in a tall glass to show off vibrant colors. Best enjoyed cold.
