A delicious and easy dish featuring chicken thighs seasoned with garlic, fresh rosemary, and lemon. Perfect for any occasion.

Ingredients

  • 4 Bone-in chicken thighs
  • 4 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 2 sprigs Fresh rosemary
  • 1 Lemon, sliced
  • 2 tbsp Olive oil
  • Salt, to taste
  • Black pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Season the chicken thighs with salt and black pepper.
  3. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
  4. Sear the chicken thighs skin-side down until golden brown, about 5-7 minutes.
  5. Flip the thighs and add minced garlic, rosemary sprigs, and lemon slices to the skillet.
  6. Transfer the skillet to the preheated oven and bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C).
  7. Let the chicken rest for a few minutes before serving.

Notes

Use fresh rosemary for the best flavor. Make sure your chicken is at room temperature before cooking for even cooking. Don’t skip resting the chicken for juiciness.
