A one-pot pasta dish combining classic Philly cheesesteak flavors with comforting pasta, perfect for busy weeknights.

Ingredients

  • 8 oz pasta
  • 1 lb tender steak, sliced
  • 1 bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 onion, sliced
  • 2 cups beef broth
  • 1 cup provolone cheese, shredded
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Olive oil

Instructions

  1. In a large pot, heat olive oil over medium heat.
  2. Add the sliced steak and cook until browned.
  3. Add the sliced bell pepper and onion; cook until softened.
  4. Stir in the pasta and beef broth, bringing to a boil.
  5. Reduce heat, cover, and simmer until the pasta is cooked and the sauce thickens, about 10-12 minutes.
  6. Remove from heat, stir in provolone cheese until melted, and season with salt and pepper to taste.
  7. Serve hot.

Notes
