Ingredients

  • 1 lb flank steak, thinly sliced
  • 2 cups broccoli florets
  • 1 red bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 onion, sliced
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons ginger, minced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons teriyaki sauce
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

Instructions

  1. In a large pan, heat the olive oil over medium-high heat.
  2. Add the sliced flank steak to the pan and cook until browned, about 3-4 minutes.
  3. Add the broccoli, red pepper, and onion to the pan, stirring to combine.
  4. In a small bowl, whisk together the soy sauce, ginger, garlic, and teriyaki sauce.
  5. Pour the sauce over the steak and vegetables, stirring to coat everything evenly.
  6. Cook for an additional 5-7 minutes, or until the vegetables are tender and the sauce has thickened slightly.
  7. Serve warm.

Notes

For extra tenderness, marinate the flank steak in the soy sauce for at least 30 minutes before cooking. You can add other vegetables like carrots or snap peas for extra color and nutrition.
